We are not anti-chair by any means. The problem is that we are sitting too much and our kids are paying the price. Cars, couches, chairs, computers, convenience, concerns and even commodes are all putting us in a 90 degree hip/knee/ankle position for HOURS a day. That can be a real problem for everyone's health in the long run. What your hips can't do, your spine has to... Unless you combat it! We teach the kids all the tools they need to combat the Killer C's!
