Each Tuesday we illustrate some basic skills for getting the most out of your body and your time when you are moving. Why? Well, you are what you do (most often), so if you practice with poor form you will become better at bad form. The opposite is also true, if you practice with great alignment, it will become easier and easier to develop that habit. The best time to work on alignment is when people are young. The movement habits children create now will build and become harder and harder to change. So, let's do it right from the start!
