You send them off to school, to sports, to new potentially stressful situations knowing they have the confidence and skills to manage themselves. Watch them try new, more challenging physical challenges in sports or on the playground. See their excitement in trying new things and their joy for participating in their after school program. Be proud of how they are taking care of themselves and moving in a way that is good for their bodies.
